Here are some shots from her photo shoot...
Yes as you can see in the last shot that is her whole leg stretched over her body and her foot by her face. I was joking with Thomas that when she is born we will have to swaddle her with her foot my her head just to make her comfortable. This is the third sonogram we have had that her leg is like this, but of course with the others she moved her leg down when it was time to check out her face. When we actually want pictures of her face she does not cooperate. Yes she is already taking after her mother. I am very scared!
In this next picture we had a sort of funny moment. I was debating weather or not to put it up since some people can't really make it out. Well I love it! She stuck out her tongue! I was watching as the tech was making a 3D still then all of a suddent I let out a loud "Did she just stick out her tongue?!!" "Yes she did, here lets go back" This is the picture that resulted. I was not expecting to see that at all and needless to say it was exciting for me!
Well that's my girl! She is practicing her no paparazzi pose.
I almost forgot!! She has hair!!!! The first picture we took on top of her head there are spikes that come out and yep that's her hair! The shaddow on top of her head in the other pictures is her hair but you can not make it out as well. Here is the picture of her hair. It's the part labeled hair.
As far as we go there were no problems this check everything sounds and looks good. We did get our flu vaccine today so my arm is starting to hurt. FYI pregnant women are being attacked majorly by the H1N1 flu and death rate among that population is around 13-15% which is really high! So if anyone comes into contact with me or anyone pregnant and comes down with any flu please let her know because we need to get on preventative measures ASAP!!! Way before she shows signs because that will be way too late. I say any flu because we were also told that most Dr's have stopped testing which flu people have because it can come back negative when it's really not for H1N1. Though I did get my vaccine for the flu it will not protect me from H1N1 and that vaccine will not be available until mid to late October. So please again if you come into contact with anyone pregnant and you then start to show symptoms of the flu please let us know when you show your first signs! Our immunities are depleated from all our bodies are doing and we can not fight things off as well if at all. Sorry about that rant but I think it is important.
I would like to end on a good note and congratulate my cousin. My cousin Janis just gave birth to a baby boy on the 8th and everyone is doing well. So a big congratulations go out to her and her growing family!! Elizabeth will be glad to have a play pal when we get to see that side of the family for sure!!
